Managing the Media Kit Page
The Media Kit page provides essential resources for press, sponsors, and exhibitors. It is fully built using the block editor, allowing easy customization of content and layout.

Accessing and Editing the Page
- Go to Pages > All Pages and locate the Media page.
- Click on the page title to open it in the block editor.

Key Page Components
- Welcome Message:
- The main heading (“WELCOME!”) and subtext are created with Heading and Paragraph Blocks. You can edit these directly in the editor.
- Date Section:
- The Auto Show dates are displayed using a simple Paragraph Block. Update the text as necessary to reflect the current event dates.
- Action Buttons:
- Buttons like “Schedule of Events,” “Logo & Photo,” and “Throughout the Show” are created using Button Blocks within a Button Group Block.
- To edit:
- Click on a button to modify its label.
- Update the URL in the block settings to link to the correct resource.
- Resource Section:
- Additional sections with downloadable content or links (e.g., press kits, images) are created using Group Blocks containing Paragraph Blocks and Links.
- To link resources:
- Upload the file to the Media Library.
- Copy the URL and paste it into the relevant link in the block editor.
Customizing the Layout
- Using the List View:
- Open the List View in the block editor to see the structure of the page.
- Select and organize blocks (e.g., Group, Button, Paragraph) to make adjustments.
Styling:
- Update font sizes, alignments, or colors using the Block Settings sidebar.
- Ensure buttons and headings follow the website’s branding.
Best Practices
- Keep content concise and professional to cater to media users.
- Regularly update dates, links, and downloadable resources to keep the page relevant.
- Test all links after updates to ensure accuracy.
