We have compiled some frequently asked questions and answers from years of experience serving our guests at the show.  Chances are you’ll find the answer you’re looking for here, but if not, please feel free to send us your question.

Q: What are the dates of the 2023 Show?

A: Friday, February 24 through Sunday, March 5, 2023.

Q: Will there be a Dealership Employee Night?

A: Dealership Employee Appreciation Night is scheduled for Friday, February 24.

Q: What are the hours of the show?

A: Hours for the 2023 Cleveland Auto Show are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on opening Friday, February 24, Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Q: How much do tickets cost?

A: Regular Adult tickets are $15.00 for adults, and $12.00 for kids (7-12) and seniors (65+). Children (six & under) are FREE.

Q: What about parking?

A: Parking will again be FREE at the I-X Center, courtesy of your franchised new motor vehicle dealers. The main entry point may be different than you expected--the East entrance. We're planning to use the best available parking spots, with the West entrance reserved for the busiest times: on Opening Friday and weekends.

Q: Can you sit inside the vehicles?

A: Almost every manufacturer’s display welcomes show-goers to sit inside the vehicles, pop the hood and kick the tires; however no one is allowed to sit in the classic, pre-production or exotic vehicles without express permission from the owner.

Q: Will the representatives be aggressively trying to sell me their cars?

A: The Cleveland Auto Show is a non-selling show. This means that no sales are allowed to be made on the floor and no one will pressure you into buying anything. It is a show for you, the consumer, to inspect all angles of the vehicles and have a pressure-free environment in which to do it. The product specialists at each manufacturer booth will be able to answer any questions you may have about the vehicles.

Q: Will the manufacturers give out rebates on vehicles?

A: It varies by manufacturer. Check with the representatives at each display!

Q: Can I bring an item to be autographed by a celebrity?

A: Unless otherwise disclosed, you may bring an item to be autographed.  Autograph sessions are scheduled at specific times. One autograph per person. All autographs are first come first served, and no guarantee of an autograph is given. Arrive early for the best opportunity!

Q: Where can I buy tickets?

A: You can buy tickets online by clicking TICKETS above, or by visiting the box office during regular show hours. Automotive class groups should visit our Career Day page, as alternate pricing is not available at the box office.

Q: Are wheelchairs and coat check available?

A: The I-X Center has manual wheelchairs available, however there are no electric scooters for rent. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis at no charge. A photo ID must be left with the attendant to secure return. 

The I-X Center no longer has a coat check service.

Q: Can I bring my dog/cat/ferret?

The I-X Center allows attendees to bring their service animals only, no pets. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals per the ADA Act. 

Q: How can I contact you?

A: During the Show, someone will be onsite to offer customer service, exhibitor credentials, and lost & found. From 2-24-23 until 3-5-23 the Show Office phone number is 216-265-7100.
